Mark your calendars and prepare for a sensational summer celebration. The highly anticipated ANZCCJ Premium Food & Wine Party is making its grand return for 2023 – and this time, we're bringing the festivities to the beach to experience the culinary culture of Australia and New Zealand!
Join us on 15 September at The Beach BBQ in Toyosu for a balmy summer's evening BBQ al fresco, prepared by Meat and Livestock Australia`s Beef Ambassador , "Aussie Beef Mate" Mr Sho Tanaka, Pullman Tokyo Tamachi's executive chef Mr Koji Fukuda and sous chef Mr Hiroki "Hulk" Kato, showcasing Australian and New Zealand sourced ingredients. While the grill is sizzling, sit back and stay cool with an array of Australian and New Zealand wines provided by Penfolds and Jeroboam Fine Wine Club, as well as Coopers beer and soft drinks.

カレンダーに印をつけて、センセーショナルな夏の祭典に備えよう。待望のANZCCJプレミアム・フード＆ワイン・パーティーが、2023年に再び開催されます。今回は、オーストラリアとニュージーランドの食文化を体験できるビーチでの開催です！
9月15日、豊洲のザ・ビーチ・バーベキューにて、オージー・ビーフ・メイト（豪州食肉家畜生産者事業団牛肉大使）の田中翔氏、そしてプルマン東京田町エグゼクティブ・シェフの福田浩司氏とスーシェフの加藤 "ハルク "大樹氏によるオーストラリアとニュージーランドの食材を使ったバーベキューをお楽しみください。グリルでジュージュー焼いている間は、ペンフォールズとジェロボーム・ファイン・ワイン・クラブが提供するオーストラリアとニュージーランドワイン、南オーストラリア州のクーパーズビールとソフトドリンクをお楽しみいただけます。
