ANZCCJ Kansai Region Networking Night

ANZCCJ is excited to invite our members and friends to join us for a casual networking night at The Australia Pub in Osaka on Thursday 4 August. Our first Kansai-based event since 2019, we look forward to connecting with new and old faces while building new professional connections!

Time: 6:30PM - 8:30PM

Price: ANZCCJ Members ¥4,500 | Non-Members ¥5,000 / Early Bird ¥4,500 (until 26 July)

*Including light refreshments + 2hrs Free flow drinks

Note:

1. Payment is required at time of purchase of tickets. Please note that unpaid registrations will not be added to the guest list. No shows/cancellations will not be refunded as places are limited.
2. If you have any dietary requests, please email us at Akihiro.ito@anzccj.jp. We will liaison possible options with the venue staff.
3. Health and safety precautions will be taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Please cooperate with requests to sanitise hands and maintain social distancing during this event. Please refrain from participating in this event if you have a fever or feel unwell.
4. Please bring a copy of your business card to present at the event reception.
5. ANZCCJ will be taking photos throughout the event, which may include faces of guests. These photos will be used by ANZCCJ on our website and other material. By participating in this event, we wish to let you know that your photo may be taken. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please email us or let us know at the event registration desk on the day.

関西エリアの皆様、大変ながらくお待たせしました！関西エリアでANZCCJ主催の交流イベントを開催することとなりました。関西にお住まいの会員様だけでなく、非会員の方にもご参加いただき、新たな人脈を築いていただきたいと思います。

注意：

1. 参加登録時に合わせて参加費のお支払いをお願いしております。お支払いが確認できない場合は、参加者リストに追加されませんのでご注意ください。また、お席に限りがありますので、ご来場されなかった場合のご返金はいたしかねます。
2. 食事制限のある方は、 Akihiro.ito@anzccj.jp にメールでご連絡ください。可能な限り会場のスタッフと調整するようにします。
3. 新型コロナの感染拡大防止のため、安全衛生上の注意を払い開催します。本イベントでは、手指消毒、ソーシャルディスタンスの確保にご協力お願いいたします。また、当日発熱している場合や体調がすぐれない方は、イベントへの参加をご遠慮いただきますようお願いします。
4. イベント当日、受付にてお名刺を頂戴しますので、忘れずにご持参いただきますようお願い致します。
5. ANZCCJは、イベント中に写真撮影を行い、参加者の顔が写ることがあります。これらの写真は、ANZCCJがウェブサイトなどの掲載目的で使用されますので予めご了承いただきますようお願い致します。ご質問、ご不明などございましたら、メールでお問い合わせいただくか、当日のイベント受付にてお申し出ください。
