The Australian and New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in Japan (ANZCCJ)Annual General Meeting (AGM) and 2024-2026 Executive Council Election will be held at the Pullman Tokyo Tamachi from 6:30PM - 7:00PM on Thursday 28 November 2024. Featuring annual reports on the Chamber's activities and finances from ANZCCJ Chair Sally Townsend and Treasurer Hirofumi Tokunaga, the AGM is open to all ANZCCJ Members who wish to attend. The AGM will be followed by end-of-year celebrations and networking (Bonenkai) from 7:00PM - 9:00PM, which will be open to non-members.
Please note there will be NO VOTING at this year's AGM. A review of the Chamber's constitution is in progress and any changes will be presented to members at the 2025 AGM, to be held within 3 months of the end of the 2024 fiscal year, in accordance with the current constitution. Current office bearers and executive council members will remain in their roles until that time.
